WHAT KCDC IS

“At KCDC Textile & Vocational Institute, our core mission is to catalyze positive change by empowering marginalized communities through innovative skill development and vocational training initiatives.”

• Raise a skilled workforce by providing innovative and advanced vocational training courses to underprivileged & unskilled raw people without discrimination of gender, especially women & youth, to compete in the modern world.
• Encourage entrepreneurship by cultivating a culture of self-employment interventions among individuals.
• Fill the labor shortage crises faced globally by promoting vocational trainings and raising awareness about industrial norms within unskilled communities.
• Eliminate unemployment among South Asian communities living across the globe and provide them with better lives, lifting them from financial crises.

Vision

“KCDC envisions fostering self-reliance and sustainability among individuals, particularly targeting South Asian communities residing in Europe, by equipping them with European industry-relevant skills and knowledge.”

Moreover, KCDC envisions spreading its wings in European countries with large populations of South Asian communities. KCDC is working with a vision to launch pilot initiatives in Europe to create awareness about the significance of vocational training and non-formal education among South Asian communities living in Europe. We aim to bridge gaps between South Asian unskilled & unemployed labor communities and European industries, fostering inclusivity and empowering individuals from South Asia to realize their full potential and earn their livelihood in a respectable manner.
